Class overview
Our 6-week martial arts introductory program is designed to be welcoming, neurodiversity‑affirming, and accessible for all students. We focus on confidence, emotional regulation, physical literacy, and practical self‑defence through structured, supportive instruction.

Weekly, from September 24th, for 6 weeks, skipping the October break.
