Teen Classes (Ages 13-17)

A calm, supportive space for teens to grow.

  • Space to pause or observe when needed

Students build strength, self‑defence skills, resilience, and communication.

Adult Classes (Ages 18+)

Beginner‑friendly, steady, and welcoming.

What to expect:

  • No pressure to “keep up”

  • Sensory‑aware environment

Students build confidence, mobility, strength, and personal focus.

1:1 Coaching

For students who benefit from quieter spaces, personalised pacing, or extra structure before joining group classes.
