Our classes are designed with neurodivergent learners in mind. Every session follows a clear routine, uses calm communication, and offers flexible participation so students can engage at a pace that feels safe.

Balintawak Eskrima or Balintawak Arnis is a Filipino martial art created by Grandmaster Venancio "Anciong" Bacon in the 1950s to enhance and preserve the combative nature of arnis, named after a small street in Cebu where it was founded.
Balintawak Combat System is a progression that uses Balintawak as the framework that utilizes the Coach Cot Method (CCM) of structured combative movement.
(Pathfinder, Navigator, and Adult Classes) -
Aikibojitsu is a beautiful and challenging art form within which practitioners explore precise and flowing movements with a staff (jo).
Aikibojitsu provides an in-depth and comprehensive examination of the power of non-resistance through short forms and katas.
(Adult classes only) -
AMA and Self-defense class are a set of workshops based on different scenario and aspects our student find themselves in, whether self-defence due to prejudices, adaptive approaches for disabilities, etc.
These classes will be shared quarterly and available for different age groups depending on topic .

Adult Classes (Ages 18+)
Beginner‑friendly, steady, and welcoming. Adult classes will include the Balintawak Combat System (BCS) curriculum, with options to also place focus on movement studies (Aikibojitsu and CCM), as well as self-defense application studies.
What to expect:

Students build confidence, mobility, strength, and personal focus.
Pathfinder Program (Ages 8–12)
A gentle, structured introduction to martial arts. Students will gain experience through games and the first levels of the BCS Youth program

Students build confidence, coordination, emotional regulation, and pride in their progress.
Navigator Program(Ages 13-17)
A calm, supportive space for teens to grow. Students will focus on expanding their BCS Youth program knowledge, and also have opportunities towards leadership and community growth.

Students build strength, self‑defence skills, resilience, and communication.
1:1 Coaching
For students who benefit from quieter spaces, personalised pacing, or extra structure before joining group classes. Follow up with Coach Scott directly if you would like to discuss 1:1 training for just yourself or even groups of 2 to 4 individuals.
