📅Camp overview

Our 4‑day martial arts camp is designed to be welcoming, neurodiversity‑affirming, and accessible for all students. We focus on confidence, emotional regulation, physical literacy, and practical self‑defence through structured, supportive instruction.

🌱 Pathfinder Group (8–11 years) – 10:00–12:00

🌿 Navigator Group (12–15 years) – 12:30–14:30

  • Practical self‑defence concepts
  • Self‑regulation and stress‑management strategies
  • Pad work and striking fundamentals
  • Scenario‑based awareness and resilience drills
